Save is the plum button on Today, and it is in the Command K palette too. Those are the two places to reach for it. The dialog has one job and several doors: URL, Document, Image, Import, and Notebook when notebooks are on for your account. First, where it should go. Save waits until you pick a Space, and tells you so: 'Choose a destination Space first.' Pick Home, the Space these hundred and sixty-one items already live in, and Save lights up. The URL tab takes a link. One per line if you have several; the counter keeps track, and Command Enter saves. The dialog closes straight away and says 'Saving in background'. You can walk off and let it work. In Library the card is already there, and the pill talks you through the pipeline as it runs. Fetching the article. Then building Strata. Then adding marks. Three named stages, so you can see where it has got to. When the pills clear, the piece is yours: the prose, the images, and room to read. This one took about fifty seconds. One thing worth knowing. Save something you already have and it hands you back the item you kept, leaving the grid as it was, so a save that worked can look like nothing happened. And it is your own piece, start to finish. Not a tour, not a sample.
