The selector at the top of the left rail says which Space you are standing in. Home, primary, a hundred and sixty-one items. Switch to Research, seventy-three items. Settings puts it in one line: Spaces hold separate threads of your understanding. Each item lives in one Space. Every surface follows it. Today in Home reads: a quiet return to what you've been thinking about. Switch, and the same day rebuilds from what Research holds. Different items, a different order, its own caught-up marker. Each Space keeps its own day. Inbox goes further. Research has no feeds yet, so its Inbox is clear, while Home's own arrivals wait in a queue of their own. Two separate queues, rather than one behind a filter. There is one more entry under the Spaces themselves: All Spaces. On Today it is a different layout entirely. One heading per Space, a Bridges section, and the caught-up line. It is a survey of everything, rather than a day's work. Connections is the one to watch. On All Spaces the page becomes Bridges Across Your Spaces, and shows you what crosses between them. So a busy account can look quiet here. Pick a named Space and Suggestions comes straight back. Read the selector before you read anything else.
