Every mark and every connection points back to where it came from. You can open the exact passage it rests on, jump to the source item, and see the relationship it proposes, so nothing asks to be believed without a way to check it. Provenance is the affordance: follow it before you lean on a suggestion.
Omphalis holds an internal sense of how sure it is, but it does not show you a confidence score or label, because a number invites false precision. Instead it stays quiet when the signal is thin and surfaces more where it has earned your trust. Treat every suggestion as something to inspect, not a verdict.
