Read the notifications bell

One bell in the app shell holds two kinds of notice under separate tabs. Activity is your in-product stream: items finishing processing, an export that is ready, or something that needs attention. Updates is a product-announcement inbox, where news about Omphalis arrives as cards you can read at your own pace.

Keeping the two apart means the working signal you act on does not get buried under announcements, and announcements do not interrupt your work. Nothing here demands immediate action; the bell is a place to check, not a stream to chase.
