How the Return card brings work back

Today can show a Return card that brings one saved item back to you, anchored to something you did: a note you left, where your reading stopped, or the day you saved it. Bring it back to read now, or let it wait; if you are not ready, Not now sets it aside, and that choice is remembered.

Items you saved but never opened are not forgotten. Omphalis quietly brings them back up by their age, for example something saved in June and untouched since, giving a cold save one more chance to land before it recedes. There is no queue count and no streak. The point is a calm, finite return to what you chose to keep, not pressure to clear a list.
