Clean: one reading surface

Clean is the extraction foundation. It removes article boilerplate, untangles document layout, and turns audio or video speech into a readable transcript while preserving the source's substance.
The result is one calm page regardless of format. Clean does not rewrite the author's argument. When extraction is incomplete, Omphalis should say so and preserve a route to the original rather than invent missing material.
